基于虚拟仪器的机械强度检测系统的研究

摘要 针对传统电阻应变检测系统在精度、效率及可移植性方面存在不足的问题,设计了在虚拟仪器技术开发平台上改进的机械强度测试系统。说明了该应变检测系统的软、硬件组成以及检测原理,对多应力状态下强度测试数据进行了分析,采用应变花对主应力方向未知情况下的测点进行静态、动态检测。通过其在QTZ400塔式起重机的强度检测试验可知,基于虚拟仪器的机械强度检测系统在效率和精度上有了显著的提高,可按需增减其他功能模块,具有良好的工程使用价值。 Considering that traditional strain detection system is deficient in precision,efficiency and portability,improved mechanical strength detection system based on virtual development platform is designed. This paper explains the strain detection system,including its software and hardware and detecting principle,analyze the strength detection data under multiple stress condition,adopt strain rosette to detect statically and dynamically with situation of main stress direction unknown. The strength detecting test of the QTZ400 tower crane proves that the virtual instrument based strength detection system features obviously improved efficiency and precision,and function module could be added or removed as requirement. It possesses good engineering value.
