通过现代的光学金相技术以及物理电镜观察,对一起塔式起重机倾覆事故过程及原因进行科学分析,总结了事故发生的原因。通过分析,为今后鉴定此类事故给出了科学公正的方法,为同类金相分析提供了借鉴经验。对杜绝此类事故发生,提高塔式起重机安全性具有一定的参考意义。

Through modern optical metallographic technology and physical electron microscopic observation,this paper scientifically analyzes the process and cause of a tower crane toppling accident,and summarizes the cause of the accident. It provides scientific and just method for future identifying this kind of accident and provides reference experience for like metallographic analysis. And there is certain significance to improve the reliability of tower crane.
