整合素连接激酶(ILK)在外阴癌及外阴上皮内瘤变中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨整合素连接激酶(ILK)蛋白在外阴鳞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测30例外阴鳞癌(VSCC)、25例外阴上皮内瘤变(VIN)、20例癌旁营养不良(VD)、15例尖锐湿疣(VCA)和5例外阴正常表皮中ILK蛋白的表达。结果:VSCC中ILK阳性表达及阳性细胞率显著高于VINⅢ和VCA(P<0.05),与增生型VD差别不显著。VINⅠ~Ⅱ、正常外阴表皮、硬化苔藓型VD中ILK无表达。ILK表达与VSCC组织分型有关(P<0.05),更强表达于高分化型中(P<0.05)。结论:ILK的表达水平与肿瘤发生、发展关系密切,高表达的ILK蛋白预示着VSCC的高度恶性、高侵袭性、高转移性和预后不良。 Objective: To investigate the significance of ILK expression in squamous cell hyperplasia and squamous cell carcinoma of vulva (VSCC) . Methods: The expression of ILK was investigated immunohistochemistry with SP method thirty cases of VSCC, 25 of VIN, 20 of VD near the carcinoma, 15 of VCA, and 5 of normal vulva tissue were included. Results: The positive rate of expression of ILK and percentage of positive cells in VSCC were significantly higher than those in VIN stage Ⅲ and VCA, and there was no difference with proliferative VD. No expression was found in VIN stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ, lichenoid VD, and normal epithelium. The expression of ILK was significantly correlated with histological types ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: High expression of ILK has close relation with genesis and development of tumor, also suggest high malignancy, invasion, metastasis and prognosis mala.
