老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者血清瘦素水平和营养状况关联性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者血清瘦素(Leptin,Lep)水平和营养状况的关联性。方法:对64例老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者进行营养状态评价,分为营养不良组(38例)和营养正常组(26例),另用30例健康老年人作为正常对照组(简称正常组),同时测定其血清瘦素水平。结果:营养不良组的瘦素水平(2.39±1.35μg/L)低于营养正常组(4.80±1.51μ/L)和健康正常对照组(4.92±1.42μg/L);各组瘦素水平与各营养指标均呈显著关联性。结论:血清瘦素水平与老年慢性肺源性心脏病营养不良有关,临床上可以作为诊断老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并营养不良的筛选指标。
