摘要
研究了两种杀虫剂对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪的毒性。结果表明,在急性毒性试验中,锐高对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪的24、48、72h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为37.279、35.515、35.006mg/L;飞网对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪的24、48、72h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为64.423、62.781、62.301mg/L。在联合毒性试验中,锐高对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪的24、48、72h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为16.205、15.315、13.749mg/L,飞网对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪的24、48、72h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为30.441、28.797、25.898mg/L,两种杀虫剂表现为协同作用。
The experiment of toxicity of two pesticides on Bufo gargarizans tadpole was conducted. In acute toxicity test, the LC50 of pesticides Ruigao of 24,48 and 72 h to Bufo gargarizans tadpole were 37.279,35.515,35.006 mg/L respectively; and those of pesticides Feiwang to Bufo gargarizans tadpole were 64.423,62.781,62.301 mg/L respectively. In joint toxicity test, the LC50 of pesticides Ruigao of 24,48 and 72h to Bufo gargarizans tadpole were 16.205,15.315,13.749 mg/L respectively; and those of pesticides Feiwang to Bufo gargarizans Tadpole were 30.441,28.797,25.898 mg/L respectively.And two pesticides showed an synergistic effect.
