摘要
我国北方建立公猪采精站后,生产上最大的隐患就是精液冷应激对精液质量产生负面影响,虽然冷应激的精液经过1h左右的缓冲是可以恢复原有活力的,但其生命力已大大减弱。对生产上使用冷应激精液配种的数据进行统计、对比、分析后发现,冷应激对精液生产的危害非常大。
Boar semen stations had been established in the northern part of our country, but there was a fatal factor that cold stress could seriously impact the quality of semen. Cold semen could recover after about 1 hour of buffer-processing; however the vitality of semen was weakened obviously. The harmful effect of the cold stress on cold semen was great according to the results of the statistics, comparison and analysis.
