鳜鱼血清总胆固醇含量与性别关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Content of Serum Cholesterol and Sex in Mandarin Fish (Siniperca chuatsi)

用硫磷铁法测定了不同性别的26尾鳜鱼血清总胆固醇含量,结果表明,13尾雌性鳜鱼总胆固醇的平均含量为754.7mg/100mL,13尾雄性鳜鱼总胆固醇的平均含量为988.2mg/100mL。t检验表明,雄性鳜鱼血清总胆固醇含量显著高于雌性鳜鱼。

The content of serum total cholesterol in 26 mandarin fish （Siniperca chuatsi） was determined by the method of sulfur-phosphor-iron. The result indicated that the mean of the total cholesterol content in 13 female mandarin fishes was 754.7 mg/100mL, the mean of the total cholesterol content in 13 male was 988.2 mg/100mL. After t-testing （t=2.1790〉 t0.05（24） =2.063 9）, the result shows that the total cholesterol content in male fish was higher than that in female fish significantly.
