孙中山先生授意设计并率先穿着,后人称之为"中山服"的,由设计到流行分为三个时期:设计时期、演变时期和发展流行时期。每个时期作了时间的界定。"中山服"特有的实用功能、认知功能和审美功能,成为中华服饰史上流行时间长,空间广阔的服饰,为中华服饰文化树立了一个丰碑。

The so-called Chinese tunic suit was suggested and first worn by Mr. Sun Zhongshan. From its design to its fashion, there are three periods: design period, evolving period and fashion period. Each period has its own time limit. Chinese tunic suit gradually becomes the apparel with long fashion period and popularity in wide area in chinese garment history for its practical function, being recognized function and anesthetic function and set up a monument for chinese apparel culture.
