In the low voltage power distribution network,the instantaneous protection characteristic of circuit breaker is very important.Its performance and sensitivity are the keys to the operation safety of the whole power supply system.The protection function is obtained by instantaneous release.Taking CM2-225 MCCB as an example,the adjustable instantaneous release was introduced,of which rated tripping current could be adjusted by changing the length of the release＇s spring.
