摘要
根据GB/Z 22074—2008《塑壳断路器可靠性试验方法》要求,归纳了塑壳断路器瞬动保护可靠性试验基本要求,提出了采用计算机控制与检测的试验设备主电路与检测控制电路的设计思想。为了提高试验电压、电流的控制精度,设计了带有位置反馈的电动调压器电压、电流控制系统,阐述了交流电压幅值快速估计方法和采用FFT信号处理技术的功率因数的计算方法。最后,提出了用LabVIEW实现塑壳断路器可靠性试验的软件设计。
According to GB/Z 22074—2008"Moulded Case Circuit Breaker Reliability Test Method",the basic requirements of instantaneous protection of reliability test on moulded case circuit breaker were summed up.The design idea which adopted the main circuit of computer-controlled and detected testing device and the detection control circuit were put forward.In order to improve the control accuracy of the test voltage and current,a voltage and current control system with a voltage regulator of position feedback was designed.The rapid estimation method of AC voltage amplitude and the calculating method of power factor using FFT signal processing technology were described.Lastly,the software design of the moulded case circuit breaker reliability test based on LabVIEW was proposed.
