介绍了研发的纺织用裁条机设备的工作原理和结构,给出了采用的工艺参数,分析了设备的技术特点和创新点。优点是布条边缘裁切整齐,无打折、跑偏现象,裁切力均匀,减少了人工动作,且能连续进行裁切。
The paper introduces the working principle and structure of tape cutting machine for textile with processing parameters, equipment features anti its new innovations given. Even cutting selvedge and cutting force, reduction of operation and continuously cutting are the main advantages of the machine.
