摘要
从纺织品国内外技术法规和检测标准研究出发,运用层次分析法,首次提出并建立了纺织品固有风险评价体系。该体系包含4个评价指标,能够给出纺织品固有风险评价指数和固有风险评价等级,通过对欧、美、日、中国以及国际纺织品固有风险评价指数的系统比较研究,发现欧盟纺织品固有风险最高,中国纺织品固有风险略低于国际标准水平;研究同时发现,欧美等发达国家纺织品固有风险仍处于固有风险等级的临界状态,而中国则处于不安全状态,这说明全球纺织品安全水平仍有待提高。
An inherent risk assessment of textiles has been established firstly by analyzing domestic and international technical regulations and quality standards of textiles and by applying the theory of the analytic hierarchy process. The four assessment indicators in this system gives the inherent risk assessment index and assessment grade. System analysis of inherent assessment indexes among EU, US, Japan, China and international standards shows that the inherent risk level of EU is highest, and the inherent risk level of China is a little below that of international standards; The result also shows that the assessment grade of developed countries is still in critical state, and that of China is in unsafe state. According to the above, the current worldwide security level of textiles needs to be promoted to a higher grade.
