重离子辐照处理玉米自交系的SSR标记分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用SSR标记研究了经重离子12C6+辐照处理的37个玉米材料的遗传多样性.结果表明:从20对SSR引物中筛选出18对扩增产物具有稳定多态性的引物,这18对引物在供试材料中共检测到56个等位位点的变异,每对引物检测等位基因位点为2-6个,平均3.11个;UPGMA聚类分析结果显示,37份玉米材料划分为4组,分类结果与系谱基本一致.重离子辐照对玉米自交系的遗传变异有影响,可以为玉米优良自交系的选育,优良组合的选配提供一定的理论依据. Simple sequence repeats(SSR)were used to detect genetic diversity among 37 maize(Zea mays L.)material treated with heavy ion radiation 12C6+.18 SSR primers selected from 20 SSR which used in diversity analysis could amplify stable profiles in all the sample inbred lines.18 primes produced 56 polymorphic amplified fragments.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 3.11 with range from 2 to 6.The cluster analysis showed that material could be classified into 4 distinct clusters.The clustering results were consistent with the groups based on the available pedigree.The results showed that heavy ion irradiation had certain effect on genetic variation in maize inbred lines.To provide theoretical basis for breading better maize inbred line and matching excellent combination for the future.
