摘要
采用盆栽试验方法,研究了干旱胁迫对豌豆籽粒灌浆特征及产量的影响.结果表明:不同干旱胁迫处理下豌豆籽粒干物质积累的动态变化均呈"S"型曲线,总体表现出"慢-快-慢"的趋势,各拟合方程相关系数均达极显著水平;不同时期、程度和历时的干旱胁迫均对豌豆各项灌浆参数产生不同程度的影响,重度长历时干旱胁迫对豌豆灌浆特征的影响最大,轻度长历时干旱胁迫次之,短历时干旱胁迫影响程度最小;苗期适度干旱胁迫可有效提高豌豆产量,花期干旱胁迫可导致豌豆产量降低;生产上可在苗期运用适度控水措施,花期则要保证水分供应充足.
Pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of drought stress on characteristic of grain filling and yield of pea.The result showed that the dynamics of grain dry matter accumulation appeared a 'S-like' curve under different drought stress condition,in a tendency of 'slow-fast-slow'.The correlation coefficient of each cubic fitting equation was significant at 1 % level.Different stage,degree and duration of drought stress affected filling parameters of pea to various extents.Serious stress for long time took the greatest influence on filling characteristic,followed by the slight stress for long time.The influence of serious and slight stress for short time was unnoticeable.The output raised under moderate drought stress in seedling stage,while declined under drought stress in flowering stage.In production,water-control measures in seedling stage and enough water supply in flowering stage should be applied.
