摘要
利用乙醚提取了不同供水水平下土培35d小麦幼苗的根系分泌物,通过气相色谱和质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对该分泌物进行了分离和鉴定,通过发芽试验对不同供水水平下共同含有的分泌物2-甲氧基-3-烯丙基苯酚的生物学效应进行了测试.结果表明,根系分泌物主要包括:醇、酰胺、酮、苯、酚、酯、醛、酸、呋喃、氨基酸类化合物;根系分泌物2-甲氧基-3-烯丙基苯酚是一种他感作用大于自毒作用的化感物质.
The root exudation of wheat seedlings,which were cultivated in soil for 35 days under different water supply levels,was extracted with ether and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),then the biological effect of 2-methoxy-3-(2-propenyl)was identified with germination.The results indicated that the component of the exudation mainly included mellow,amide,ketone,benzene,phenol,grease,aldehyde,organic acid,furan,aminophenol etc.The typical root exudation phenol,2-methoxy-3-(2-propenyl)as one kind of allelopathic showed stronger allelochemica on itself than on wheat and maize.
