摘要
为满足微弧氧化技术研究的需要,研制了可输出多种脉冲波形的微弧氧化脉冲电源。电源的前级由两台直流电源构成,利用TMS320F2812和触摸屏组成的控制系统来控制功率开关器件IGBT的通断,实现各种脉冲波形的输出。由于脉冲电源可输出多种脉冲波形,且脉冲参数均可在宽范围内连续可调,可用于微弧氧化工艺研究、探索最佳工艺参数等对电源要求较高的场合。
To satisfy the research of mlcro-arc oxidation, a multi-waveform pulse power source for micro-arc oxidation have been developed. The first stage of the pulse power source is composed of two DC power supplies. It realizes the output of various pulse waveforms by using a control system consisting of TMS320F2812 and touch-screen to control on-off of IGBT. Since the pulse power source can output a variety of waveforms and the parameters can be regulated in a wide range, it can be used in the occasions with higher requirements on power source, such as research on the process of micro-arc oxidation, search for optimal technological parameters, etc.
