摘要
采用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(EDXRF)对镀液中金离子的质量浓度进行定量分析,介绍了标样的配制方法和镀液的分析方法,并与化学分析法的测定结果进行了对比。结果表明:该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,操作方便,为检测镀液中金离子的质量浓度提供了新的手段。
The energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method(EDXRF) is applied for quantitative analysis of the gold ion mass concentration in plating solution. The prepartion method of standard sample and analysis method of plating solution are introduced, and the analysis results are compared with chemical analysis method. The experimental results show that this method is accurate, precise and convenient, which provides a new method for analysis of gold ion mass concentration in plating solution.
