摘要
对无铵交换技术在择型分子筛工业生产中的应用情况进行了总结,并对工业试验数据进行了分析对比,结果表明,用非铵盐交换介质代替铵盐介质进行择形分子筛生产,在保证产品质量的前提下实现择型分子筛无铵交换,交换污水全部直接排放,缓解了企业氨氮处理装置压力,降低污水处理费用和生产成本,经济效益和社会效益显著。
