从清代小说看医患关系的社会控制

On the Social Control of Physician-Patient Relationship from the Novels of Qing Dynasty

清代中前期,由于医药技术自身的发展以及社会的进步,医患关系也呈现复杂的变化,而这些变化,在清代小说中有比较广泛而细致的描写。清代中前期医患关系的社会控制可以从三个方面进行分析:官府对医患关系的控制、医生对医患关系的控制、病家对医患关系的影响。清代的医患关系涉及清代社会的方方面面,印证或者隐喻了社会关系的演变,对改善当代医患关系有重要启示。

By introducing corresponding descriptions in the novels of Qing Dynasty,this paper clarifies the social control of physician-patient relationship during the early and middle phases of Qing dynasty into three aspects,including government′s control on physician-patient relationship,doctor′s control on physician-patient relationship,control from the patient′s side.Various aspects of social affairs had been involved in the physician-patient relationship in Qing Dynasty,which indicated or confirmed the transformation of the then social relationships,thus research on relevant issues is definitely of great significance for improving modern physician-patient relationship.
