摘要
安乐死作为安乐和死亡的组合词,其本质在于"仁慈"和"致死"的有机统一,是对"生的痛苦"和"死的痛苦"比较后作出的一种"死"的选择。从系统的角度看,安乐死问题作为一种社会现象涉及相关主体、主体间的相互关系、社会环境以及生命伦理的基本原则。考虑到解决安乐死问题的复杂性和实践需求,必须跳出无尽的极端和片面的争论,以辩证的态度和方法,寻求有效的对策:打破普遍有效的伦理诉求,确保生命伦理基本原则普遍性和多元性之间具有必要的张力;防范片面的理性主义,保持理性与情感之间的必要张力;暂缓安乐死立法,宽容安乐死行为。
Literally,the Chinese character for ＂euthanasia＂ is the combination for peaceful happiness and death,from which we can tell the nature of euthanasia is the unification of mercifulness and death,and a choice of death after comparing the pain of living and the pain of dying.Systematically analyzed,as a social issue,euthanasia involves the relevant main agents,relations between each main agent,social environment,and the basic bioethical principles.Referring to the complexity and practical demand for solving euthanasia related issues,extreme and segmentary arguments must be avoided,dialectical attitudes and approaches be employed to apply for feasible countermeasures.Meanwhile,the universally valid ethical pursuit must be broken out to keep the essential distance between ration and emotion.Euthanasia legislation should be reprieved,with the behavior of euthanasia be tolerated.
