Games are entertainments with rules, spontaneity and binding power conducted within fixed time and space. Sports, a way of life created by humans are exercising abilities, acting ways, exercising forms and energy outlets embodied in the human body. Sports activities are real and natural culture and behavior inherent in games. They are a special concept in the game context, containing interpretation of human origin. This paper expounds the essence of games and sports from the philosophical perspective.
