运动调节CSE/H_2S系统在实验性SD大鼠动脉粥样硬化进程中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 探讨动脉粥样硬化进程中胱硫醚-r-裂解酶/硫化氢(CSE/H2S)系统的变化以及有氧运动对该系统的影响。方法:以实验性动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)SD大鼠16只做为动物模型,随机分为M组(运动组)每天游泳运动30分钟持续8周(n=8),和不做运动组N(n=8)。同时设正常对照组C(n=8),给予普通饲料喂养。然后取静脉血和主动脉组织,分别用沉淀漂浮酶联法、和去蛋白法测定各实验组血中TC、TG、LDL、HDL、H2S含量,用亚甲基蓝法主动脉组织中诱导型胱硫醚-r-裂解酶的活性。结果:8周末与对照组比较,发现模型组M、N血脂水平明显升高,血浆中H2S含量下降,CSE活性减少,与C组相比差异有显著性。 Objective: To investigate changes in the CSE/H2S system in the process of atherosclerosis as well as the effect of aerobics on the system. Methods : 16 SD rats of experimental atherosclerosis are made into models and randomly divided into the M group and the N group, with M group swimming 30 minutes each day for eight weeks on end, while the N group not doing any exercise. At the same time, the control group is fed normally. Then levels of serum lipids and serum H2S are determined by the immunohistochenistry technique. Results: at the end of the eighth week, compared with the control group, the blood fat level significantly increases, while the level of plasma H2S and the expression of CSE decrease in the M and N groups.
