摘要
以葡萄嫁接苗根系为试材,测定半致死温度,以探讨不同品种接穗对根系抗寒性的影响。设定-20、-25、-30、-35和-40℃五个处理温度,通过测定电导值,配合Logistic方程测定了4个鲜食葡萄品种嫁接苗根系低温半致死温度。结果表明:4个葡萄品种根系LT50在-21.4^-24.8℃;京亚嫁接苗抗冻性最强(LT50)-24.8℃,无核白鸡心嫁接苗抗冻性最弱(LT50)-21.4℃。抗寒性由强到弱的顺序为京亚嫁接苗、贝达苗、无核白鸡心嫁接苗、红地球嫁接苗。
:Treat the roots at the temperatures of -20℃,-25℃,-30℃,-35℃,-40℃ before test the electrolytic leakage. The semi:lethal temperatures (LTs0) of four grafted grape cultivars root was conduced by using conductance method with Logistic. The experiment results showed that the semi-lethal temperatures between - 21.4 ℃ and - 24.8 ℃. Jingya' s cold-resistant ability was best, and the Wuhehaijixin' s was worst. The order of cold resistant ability was Jingya, Beida,Wuhebaijixin, and Hongdiqiu. The experiment use the grafted grape roots in order to study on the influence of aerial part to the root cold-resistant ability.
