通过视频会议系统建设,搭建黑龙江省农广互动平台,实现了农广体系资源共享,满足农民多样化、互动的信息需求,促进了农民教育、培训的发展,为农广体系建设服务。
Through video conference system construction, set UP an interactive platform for agricultural broadcast in Heilongjiang province, resource sharing in agricultural broadcast system, in order to meet the farmers＇ needs for diversified and interactive information was realized, the development of farmer education and training was promoted to service for the construction of agricultural broadcast system.
