Clinical values of spiral CT in diagnosis of silicosis

矽肺的胶原纤维化是一种不可逆的破坏性病理组织学改变,至今尚未有彻底消除矽肺病变的方法,关键在于预防和早期发现。目前主要是采用高仟伏X线胸片"GBZ70—2002"诊断标准,但随着螺旋CT广泛深入临床,高仟伏摄影技术的缺点逐渐暴露出来。本文旨在探讨螺旋CT在矽肺诊断中的价值,为矽肺的早期诊断及矽肺患者合并症、并发症的早期诊断提供依据。

The collagenous fibrosis is the destructive and irreversible pathohistological change in silicosis.Until now,there is no ideal method in the treatment of silicosis,the key point in control of this disease is prevention and early discovery.The diagnostic criteria for silicosis using high kV chest radiograph according to＂GBZ70—2002＂is generally applied yet in our country.However,with the extensive appplication of spiral CT in clinical practice,the defects of high-kV radiographic technique are gradually emerged.This paper will make a general review on the clinical values of spiral CT in diagnosis of silicosis thereby providing a foundation for the early diagnosis of silicosis and its complication.
