国际工频电磁场职业接触限值简介 被引量:12

摘要 在国外现行电磁辐射防护标准中,具有代表性的是1998年国际非电离辐射防护委员会(ICNIRP)制定的IC-NIRP Guidelines:Guidelines for Limiting Exposure to Time-VaryingElectric,Magnetic and Electromagnetic Fields(up to 300 GHz)(简称为ICNIRP导则)以及2002年美国电子电气工程师协会(IEEE)制定的IEEE Standard for Safety Levels with Respect toHuman Exposure to Radio Frequency Electromagnetic Fileds0~3kHz(IEEE C95.6—2002)。我国也于上世纪80年代颁布了一系列的电磁辐射防护标准,并在2008年7月由电磁环境国家标准部门协调会提出了强制性标准《高压电力线路、变电站的工频电场、磁场暴露限值》和推荐性标准《高压电力线路、变电站的工频电场、磁场测量方法》的征求意见稿。本文主要介绍一些国家和国际组织现行的工频电磁场职业接触限值及制订原则,并对我国今后制订新的工频电磁场职业接触标准提出了建议。
