摘要 比较了1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)的主要替代制冷剂HFC-152a、CO2、2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)的特性;简述了HFO-1234yf在汽车制冷及其他领域的应用,叙述了HFO-1234yf的合成研究路线,探讨了其制备工艺条件,总结了各种制备方法的优缺点。认为以通式为CX3CCl=CClX(X=F、Cl)、CCl2=CClCH2Cl、CX3CF2CH3和CF3CF2CH2Cl为原料制备HFO-1234yf的工艺较具商业研究价值。HFO-1234yf(ODP=0,GWP=4)以其优越的物性,将在替代HFC-134a制冷剂中脱颖而出。 HFC-134a will be phased out in the future,HFO-1234yf is a kind of the most judicious refrigerant in the alternative refrigerant HFC-134a,because of its excellent physical properties.In this paper,the features of the main alternative refrigerant HFC-152a,CO2,HFO-1234yf have been compared with HFC-134a,HFO-1234yf.Applications in automotives and other fields are outlined,the processes of refrigerant are described,the lines of synthesis of HFO-1234yf are reviewed,the conditions of its preparation processes are explored,the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods are summed up,a method for preparing HFO-1234yf from the general formula CX3CCl=CClX(X=F,Cl),CCl2=CClCH2Cl,CX3CF2CH3 and CF3CF2CH2Cl as raw materials have more commercial value.
