摘要
研究了1种碱液处理结合二级逆流萃取提纯邻苯基苯酚的方法,通过理论推导,得到了影响邻苯基苯酚收率的主要因素;对萃取剂进行了筛选,实验优化了影响邻苯基苯酚收率各因素。结果表明,选择萃取剂C最为适宜;最佳操作条件是:NaOH和OPP的摩尔比为1.01:1.00,萃取剂C和NaOH溶液的体积比为0.35:1.00,NaOH的质量分数为11%。采用优化后的工艺,能将邻苯基苯酚的纯度提高到99.5%,收率为97.4%。该方法能耗低、收率高。
A process with low energy consumption and high yield for the purification of o-phenylphenol was studied in this paper.First,the main factors that influence the yield of o-phenylphenol and their relationship with the yield were studied.Then,the proper extractant was selected.Finally,the factors were optimized via experiments by two-stage counter-current extraction.Purity and yield of o-phenylphenol were 99.5% and 97.4% respectively by optimized process.The method uses less energy and gets higher yield.
