摘要
采用改良的Carroll反应,以3,7,11-三甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯-3-醇(橙花叔醇,C15H26O)和乙酰乙酸甲酯(C5H8O3)为原料,对金合欢基丙酮(6,10,14-三甲基-5,9,13-十五碳三烯-2-酮)的合成进行了放大试验研究。探索了反应条件对产品收率的影响。结果表明,反应最佳工艺条件为:n(C5H8O3):n(C15H26O)=1.1:1、反应温度为170℃、反应时间4.5~5h,在该优化条件下,产品收率99.0%;反应后再经中和、水洗、减压蒸馏,精制后产品纯度大于96.3%,总收率为84.6%。用IR和MS确认了产品结构。工艺具有操作简便、生产时间短、能耗低、产品收率高等优点,具有较高的工业应用价值。
6,10,14-Trimethyl-5,9,13-pentadecatrien-2-one was scale-up synthesized by an improved Carroll reaction using 3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6,10-dodecatrien-3-ol(nerolidol,C15H26O) and methyl acetoacetate(C5H8O3) as the starting material.Effects of reaction conditions on the yield were investigated.The results showed that optimum reaction conditions:n(C5H8O3):n(C15H26O)=1.1:1,reaction temperature is 170 ℃,reaction time is 4.5~5 h.Product yield of 99.0 % in the optimized conditions.The product structure was characterized by IR and MS.The novel method is simple process,short the production time,low energy consumption,high yield of product and with high value industrial applications.
