摘要
以氯乙醇与溴乙酸乙酯为原料、以碳酸钾为缚酸剂、DMF为溶剂,经缩合反应制得氯乙氧基乙酸乙酯,氯乙氧基乙酸乙酯在乙醇氨溶液中胺化得2-(2-氯乙氧基)乙酰胺,考察了反应条件的影响。结果表明,反应最优条件为:氯乙醇与溴乙酸乙酯的摩尔比为1.2:1.0,缚酸剂为碳酸钾,胺化试剂为20%~24%氨乙醇溶液;总收率为52.2%,产物经GC-MS分析证明结构正确。
Using potassium carbonate as acid binding agent and DMF as solvent,ethyl 2-chloroethoxyaetate was synthesized by the condensation of chloroethanol and ethyl bromoacetate.2-(2-Chloroethoxy)acetamide was synthesized by the amination of ethyl 2-chloroethoxyaetate in the ethanol solution of ammonia.Optimal conditions:radio of chloroethanol and ethyl bromoacetate is 1.2:1(mol);reaction temperature is 50~55 ℃;acid binding agent is potassium carbonate;amination reagent is 20%~24% ethanolamine solution.Total yield is 52.2%.The product is confirmed by GC-MS.
