摘要
以2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、三聚氰酸及多聚甲醛为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,六次甲基四胺(HMTA)为催化剂在常压下经一步反应合成了抗氧剂3114。研究了影响反应的因素,优化了反应条件。反应的最优条件是:原料配比为n(三聚氰酸)∶n(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)∶n(多聚甲醛)=1.000∶3.750∶4.125,催化剂用量0.10 g;溶剂DMF 30 mL;于120℃反应4 h,收率为95.47%。并对产品进行了红外表征、熔点测定、元素分析及透光率测定。
The antioxidant 3114 was synthesized with 2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol,and cyanuric acid paraformaldehyde as raw materials,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) as solvent and hexamethylenetetramine(HMTA) as catalyst under atmospheric pressure by one step.The effect of various reaction conditions was studied.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows the ratio of n(cyanuric acid)∶n(2,6-di-tert-butylphenol)∶n(polyformaldehyde)=1.000∶3.750∶4.125,the amount of catalyst 0.10 g,DMF solvent 30 mL and reaction for 4 h at 120 ℃. The yield was 95.47%.The product was identified by IR,melting point and transmittance measurement and elemental analysis.
