摘要
脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)是动物组织中脂肪沉积的关键酶,是甘油三酯降解为甘油和游离脂肪酸(FFA)反应的限速酶,在脂质代谢和转运过程中起着重要作用。脂蛋白脂酶基因的表达具有特异性,营养等因素能够影响动物LPL基因的表达和LPL活性。论文综述了LPL的生物学功能、LPL在脂肪沉积中的作用及其在单胃动物和反刍动物中的研究现状。
Lipoprotein lipase(LPL)is one kind of key enzyme of animal tissue for fat deposition.It is a rate-limiting enzyme that hydrolyze triglycerides(TG)into glycerol and free fatty acids.It also plays an important role in lipide metabolism and transference.The gene expression of lipoprotein lipase shows specificity.Nutrition and other factors can effect the expression of lipoprotein lipase gene and the activity of LPL.The function of LPL,the role of LPL in fat deposition,and the study status of LPL on monogastric animals and ruminants were reviewed in this paper.
