摘要
介绍数控车床进给系统步进电动机的计算选型方法。以两种典型工况作为电动机等效负载转矩Teq的计算基础,并给出具体的计算方法。对电动机初选后的性能校核问题,提出具体的4项校核指标和方法。最后以一台C6140车床为实例,详细介绍计算选型的过程。
Calculation and selection for step motor of CNC lathe＇s feed system were introduced. The equivalent load torque Tcq of the motor under two typical working conditions was calculated. Four specific indexes and methods for the performance check of the early selected motor were put forward . Taking a C6140 lathe as example, the processes of calculation and selection for step motor were described.
