摘要 针对双吊点闸门液压启闭机在大中型宽跨度的河道中双缸不同步问题,分析了其产生原因,提出了采用液压同步回路控制闸门的开启/停留/关闭,采用"主从方式"控制策略组成闭环同步控制回路,克服了液压同步闭环控制系统所特有的强耦合及非线性等特点而产生的误差,实现了精准的自动控制。 The mason of the two - cylinder unsynchronized problem for the double point hydraulic headstock gear in the major or medium model width river was analyzed. The technology used hydraulic synchronization circuit and PLC control PID adjustment was proposed. Using host - slave control strategy to compose closed loop synchronization hydraulic circuit, the error was reduced that was produced from the characteristics of closed - loop control coupling and misalignment of the hydraulic synchronization circuit, the accurate control was realized.
