液体黏性调速离合器功率损失研究

摘要 提出液体黏性调速离合器(HVD)功率损失计算的改进方法,分析HVD的原理,导出滑差功率损失和冲击功率损失的理论计算方法,利用试验台测试了3种规格HVD的冲击功率损失,结果与理论计算值基本一致;对某企业3台大功率注水泵上安装的HVD进行了现场测试,测试结果与利用改进算法算出的结果基本相吻合,证明该改进算法的有效性。 Modified calculating method of the power loss of hydroviscous drive (HVD) was proposed. Based on the principle analysis of HVD, the theoretical calculating methods of slip power loss and impacting power loss were derived. The impacting power losses of three types of HVD were measured on test bench, the results were basically in accordance with that of the theoretical calculat- ing method. Three sets of HVD installed on large power water - injection pumps were tested in field. The test results basically conform to that of the modified calculating method, which proves the effectiveness of the modified calculating method.
