摘要
文章首先针对某柴油车的NVH(噪声、振动与舒适性)现状进行了摸底测试,包括针对右翼子板在某转速区域产生共振现象进行了振动测试,找出最大振动加速度值及其对应的转速范围。同时参照相关法规进行了50km/h车外通过噪声、四档60~120km/h加速噪声、等速噪声、定置加速工况噪声等测试。随后对该车进行NVH治理控制,主要措施包括:采用某公司的减振阻尼材料、吸音棉材料、在进气口加装预滤器,改变进气口位置等。最终测试结果表明:在典型高负荷工况下,整车进气系统进气量、整车动力性和排放性能没有恶化,翼子板振动值明显降低,车内噪声定置加速工况最高降幅达到16.6db,怠速、匀速均明显降低。有效改善了该车NVH性能。
Firstly, this paper tries to find out the real status of a certain diesel SUV vehicle in NVH (noise,vibration, harshness) performance. Including some vibration test around right wing shutter and some corresponding NVH law test. Subsequently, some technique was executed such as adopting a certain damp material and some sound absorption material. At the same time, a pre-filter device was executed in order to change the station of air intake, the result indicated that the vibration value and noise value inside vehicle decreased efficiently. Finally the NVH performance of vehicle improved satisfactorily in the basic of the performance was guaranteed in power and gas charge efficiency, discharge performance and so on.
