摘要
全面、合理地对轨道平顺状态进行评估是保证铁路安全运营的必要条件之一。文章基于国内外轨道不平顺的研究进展,提出了轨道不平顺综合分析的思想,并采用系统功能模块化的设计思想,初步提出了一种用于轨道不平顺分析的综合系统。该系统包括轨道不平顺数据采集、轨道不平顺既有技术分析、轨道不平顺功率谱密度分析、轨道不平顺时频分析、车辆信息分析、轨道不平顺发展趋势预测、轨道不平顺综合评定和线路不平顺维修计划共8个模块。文章给出了一个实例,详细阐述了轨道不平顺功率谱密度分析模块的设计和实现,该模块包括轨道不平顺数据输入、轨道谱的计算、轨道谱的评判等3个小模块。
One of the necessary conditions of ensuring the safe run of railway is to evaluate rationally and all-roundly the regular situation of railway track. On the basis of the study progress on track spectrum,a synthetic analysis system was set up to analyze track irregularities by the design thought that system function was fulfilled through modules. The system contained 8 modules, they were the data collect module of track irregularities, the analysis module of existing technology of track irregular/ties, the analysis module of power spectrum density (simplified as PSD)of track irregularities, time and frequency analysis modules on track irregularities, the analysis module of vehicles messages, the analysis of predicting the developing trend of track irregularities, the synthetic evaluation modules of track irregularities and the maintaining plans module of railway irregularities. An example was given, which was that the design and fulfillment of the analysis module of PSD of track irregularities were expounded. The module contains 3 sub-modules, such as data input, calculation and evaluation of track spectrum.
