摘要
纸质版1∶10000地形图经过扫描数字化,利用Hough变换直线检测算法提取其方里格网点的图像坐标,分别与格网点的理论坐标组成同名点对,利用仿射变换原理对其进行几何纠正后,可用于架空送电线路初步设计阶段平断面的制作。
Paper version of 1：10000 digital topographic maps scanned using Hough transform line detection algorithm for extracting the square grid network where the image coordinates, respectively, with the grid coordinates of the composition of the same name as the theory of network points using the affine transformation of its geometric theory corrected, can be used for overhead transmission lines the preliminary design stage of the production of fiat crosssection.
