摘要
文章首先阐述了个体知识组织化的基本含义,进一步分析了个体知识在组织化过程中的演化形态和路径依赖,并基于此,提出并构建了个体知识组织化轨迹模型。
This article explained the basic meaning of individual knowledge organization at first, and then, analyzed individual knowledge evolution shape and path-dependence in the course of organization, finally, on the basis of this analysis, constructed the model of individual knowledge organization trajectories.
