摘要
采用丙烯酸酯类单体、乙烯基硅油和少量自制的可聚合乳化剂,通过预乳化半连续滴加工艺,合成了高稳定性,固含量达50%的硅丙无皂乳液,并用红外波谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(TG)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及激光粒度仪等进行了表征。将硅丙无皂乳液作为黏合剂应用于棉织物涂料染色,其优化的工艺条件是:涂料0.5%,硅丙无皂乳液黏合剂5%,轧余率80%,80℃烘干3 min,140℃焙烘4 min。测试结果表明,织物的干湿摩擦牢度与传统黏合剂的相当,手感柔软。
A high stable and solid content (as high as 50%) silicone-acrylate soap -free emulsion was synthesized using pre-e- mulsified and semi-continuous adding method with acrylic monomers, vinyl silicone oil and small quantities of the self-made polymerizable emulsifier, and characterized by FT-IR, DSC, TG, TEM and laser particle size analyzer. Using silicone-acrylate soapfree emulsion as the adhesives to pigment dyeing of cotton fabric, the optimal process condition was pigment 0.5%,adhesive 5%, liquor retention 80%,drying at 80℃ for 3 min,curing at 140℃ for 4 min. The results showed that the color fastness to wet and dry rubbing of pigment dyed fabric was similar to that of traditional adhesives, while the hand feel was softer.
