固体精练剂F在纯棉毛巾染整中的应用

Application of solid scouring agent F to cotton towels pretreatment

采用多功能固体精练剂F对纯棉毛巾织物进行煮漂一浴前处理,并与传统烧碱工艺进行对比。结果表明,采用低碱新工艺,纯棉毛巾织物白度好,失重小,得色鲜艳。该工艺可大大提高生产效率,降低生产成本,减少废水排放量。

One bath scouring and bleaching pretreatment of cotton towel was carried out with multi-functional scouring agent F, and was compared with conventional alkali process. Results showed that the cotton towel treated with low-alkali process fea- tured better whiteness, lower weight-loss and brilliant color. The low-alkali process could improve productivity, cut down cost and reduce effluents.
