摘要
为预测苯和氯苯对发光细菌的联合毒性,利用T3发光菌对苯和氯苯以及二者的联合毒性进行试验测定,并利用非线性拟合模型,预测苯和氯苯对发光菌的单一毒性和联合毒性.结果表明,苯和氯苯的浓度-效应的关系均可用General-ized Logit I函数模型描述;不同浓度配比下,混合物的浓度-效应关系同样符合Generalized Logit I函数模型.实验测定结果与运用浓度加和(CA)模型及独立作用(IA)模型的预测结果基本吻合;IA模型预测结果略倾向于高估联合毒性,而CA模型预测结果较优,更能精确预测苯与氯苯的联合毒性.
To predict joint toxicity of benzene and chlorobenzene on luminescent bacteria,T3 luminescent bacteria was selected to test the effects of benzene and chlorobenzene and their joint toxicity,and nonlinear fitting model was used to predict single toxicity of benzene and chlorobenzene and their joint toxicity.Results show that the relationship between concentration and effectiveness of benzene and chlorobenzene can be described with Generalized Logit I function model,and the relationship between concentration and effectiveness of mixture is also consistent with the Generalized Logit I function model under different concentrations.Experiment results match well with the prediction ones through concentration action(CA) model and independent action(IA) model.The CA model can give more accurate results,but the IA model tends to over-estimate the toxicity of mixture.
