Experimentation and mathematical modeling of solar membrane distillation

摘要 为以太阳能作为膜蒸馏驱动能源,在不同热工质温度与流量下进行气隙式膜蒸馏实验,建立膜蒸馏传热、传质过程的数学模型,并对该数学模型求解以验证其计算结果的正确性,计算了太阳能膜蒸馏系统的热效率.结果表明,该数学模型是可靠的,可以预测不同工况下膜蒸馏通量;热工质温度较高和流量较大时,膜蒸馏系统具有较高的热效率. The air gap membrane distillation experiments under conditions of different temperature and working fluid flux were done by using solar power as driven-energy.The mathematical model of heat transfer and mass transfer of membrane distillation was established,and the correctness of the mathematical model was discussed and the thermal efficiency of membrane distillation system was calculated.Results show that the proposed model is reliable which can be used to forecast the flux of membrane distillation under different experiment conditions.The membrane distillation system has higher thermal efficiency under conditions of higher temperature and more working fluid flux.
