属肝系病证月经病论治规律研究

Principle of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Menopathy of Liver Syndrome

运用藏象辨证论治原理,结合医案数据库和数据统计手段,对《名医类案》、《续名医类案》中肝系相关的月经病医案分析研究,总结两部医案中属肝系病证的月经病证治规律。研究表明,属肝系病证的月经病以月经周期紊乱为特点;伴随症中肝系症状多见目部、耳部、胁部症状;发热、头痛、谵语为有重要诊断意义的症状;常用药物为:丹皮、柴胡、当归、栀子、人参。

By analyzing the case report of liver syndrome-related menopathy in the Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians and Supplement to the Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians, with syndrome differentiation principle of visceral manifes- tation in combination with medical case database and data statistical tools, the paper sums up the principle of syndrome d/fferenti- ation and treatment of menopathy of liver syndrome. The study shows that menopathy of liver syndrome is characterized by disor- dered menstrual cycle, the accompanying symptoms of menopathy of liver diseases manifest more common on the head, ear and hypochondriac region. Fever, headache and delirium are symptoms of the important diagnostic significance; the common drugs are paeonol, bupleurum, Chinese angelica, gardenia, ginseng.
