摘要
以2 a生有机玻璃箱栽植的分根苹果幼树为材料,研究1/4根域施用不同水平有机肥对苹果幼树新梢和根系生长的影响。结果表明,6月中旬以后,10%和30%有机肥处理的新梢二次生长旺盛;20%有机肥处理春梢段节数、占总新梢节数比例、叶面积、比叶重和春梢生长量均显著大于10%和30%处理,10%有机肥处理秋梢长度、节数、叶面积和比叶重均显著大于20%处理,秋梢补偿生长旺盛;不同比例有机肥处理调控梢类组成,10%和30%处理的长梢比例分别占总新梢22.2%和25.0%,而20%处理的仅占11.8%;除6月份外,20%有机肥处理根系总长度在果树整个生长季节内均显著大于10%和30%处理。砂性土壤局部施用适量有机肥可以调控新梢生长和根系的发育,为果园土壤局部改良、集中营养供应等提供理论依据。
Effects of 1/4 root-zone applied different ratio of organic manure on growth of shoot and root of 2-year-old young apple trees split-root planted in the organic glass box were studied.The results indicated that shoots of apple trees grown in 10% organic manure acquired excessive secondary growth after mid-June;spring shoots of 20% organic manure treatment were longer,and acquired significant greater number and proportion of nodes,bigger leaf area and specific leaf weight than those of 10% and 30% treatments,However,longer autumn shoots,greater number of nodes,bigger leaf area and specific leaf weight have been found on 10% organic manure treated trees when compared with 20% organic manure;Types of shoots were controlled by different amount of organic manure.Proportions of long branch of 10% and 30% treatments were 22.2% and 25.0%,while proportion of long branch of 20% treatment was only 11.8%;Total root length of 20% organic manure treatment was longer than 10% and 30% treatments significantly except in June.It could be concluded that sandy soil localized fertil-ized with adequate amount of organic manure can control the growth of shoots and roots.The result will be helpful in under-standing the soil localized meliorating and nutrition concentrated supplying.
