白云石与胶磷矿纯矿物浮选行为差异研究

Study on differences of flotation behavior of pure minerals in collophanite and dolomite

针对贵州海相沉积型磷矿石类型,在对白云石和胶磷矿纯矿物进行多元素分析的基础上,分别进行了白云石和胶磷矿纯矿物浮选试验,研究了白云石-胶磷矿体系中矿物浮选行为差异,探讨了不同pH值、抑制剂种类及用量、捕收剂用量对胶磷矿和白云石浮选分离的作用,确定了较为合适的药剂用量,为有效分选白云石和胶磷矿奠定了基础。

Tests on flotation of pure minerals in collophanite and dolomite were conducted separately to study differences of flotation behavior of pure minerals in the system of collophanite and dolomite on the basis of the muhi-element analysis of pure minerals in cellophanite-dolomite made in response to the marine sedimentary phosphate ore type in Guizhou. Effects of the different pH values, varieties and dosage of inhibitor and dosage and consumption of collector on flotation separation of collophanite-dolomite are discussed and a proper range of reagent dosage is defined to provide a foundation for effectively separating collophanite and dolomite.
