摘要
采用钙铝混凝法对从磷资源生产过程富集的高氟碘吸收液中脱氟除砷去杂的机理进行了探讨。通过设计正交实验,找出了除氟的最佳工艺参数。脱氟处理后的碘吸收液再氧化得到的精碘中氟的质量分数降低到1×10-3%以下,脱氟率基本达到99%,并对提取得到的粗碘脱氟除砷制备医药级纯碘的精制工艺进行了试验研究。
Probe is made into the mechanism of defluorination and removal of arsenic and other impurities of iodine solution concentrated containing high fluoride in the production of phosphate resources using the method of calcium and aluminum coagulation. The optimized process parameters of defluorination were obtained through orthogohal experiments. Defluorized iodine absorbed solution is oxidized to produce iodine concentrate with the fluoride content lower than 10 ppm and the rate of defluorination almost up to 99%. Study was conducted on a process of production of purified iodine for pharmaceutical grade from coarse iodine after defluorination and arsenic removal is made.
