摘要
以硫铁矿烧渣和硫酸为原料制备铁絮凝剂。实验确定的最佳条件为:R=1.5、硫酸质量分数60%、反应温度120℃、反应时间10h。将该絮凝剂用于精细化工废水的处理,当投药量为2.0mL/L、搅拌强度为120~180r/s、搅拌时间为0,5~3.0min、静置时间为30min时,CODcr去除率达43.6%。与PAC、PFS相比,该絮凝剂有较高的性价比,具有推广价值。
Ferric flocculant was prepared using pyrite cinder and sulfuric acid as raw materials. The optimum experimental conditions for the preparation were that R = 1.5, concentration of H2SO4 was 60%, reaction temperature 120℃ and reaction time 10 hrs. The flocculant was employed in the treatment of the fine chemical wastewater, and the experimental results showed that the removal rate of CODcr achieved 43.6 % when dosage was 2.0 mL/L, stirring speed 120-180 r/s, stirring time 0.5 -3.0 min, and standing time 30 min. Compared with PAC and PFS, this floceulant has higher performance price ratio and value of its popularization.
