基于深海环境的电液比例压力阀稳态特性研究

摘要 介绍一种应用于深海液压源控制的电液比例压力阀的组成结构和工作原理,建立压力阀深海环境下的稳态控制数学模型,通过试验研究获得不同环境压力下压力阀的控制特性曲线,结果表明与理论分析结果基本吻合,进而说明了模型的合理性及压力阀对深海环境具有很好的适应性。 The composed structures and work functions of an electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve applied to hydraulic source in deep-sea were introduced. A steady state control mathematic model of the valve under deep-sea environment was bulit. The control property curves of the valve under different environment pressure were got by experiments. It has a good match with the results of theory analysis, which displays the model is rational and the valve is adapted to the deep-sea environment.
