摘要
基于CFD技术研究新型轴向柱塞液压电机泵的流场特性,运用CFD软件对新型轴向柱塞液压电机泵的主要流场进行建模,进行数值模拟和可视化研究,分析模型各个关键部位的流场特性,得到其内部流场的详细参数,获得吸油道关键位置的流体速度和压力分布等情况,为新型轴向柱塞液压电机泵流道参数的确定、内部结构优化提供参考数据。
The flow field of the new type axial piston hydraulic motor pump was studied based on CFD. The models of main flow fields of the pump were built, numerical simulations were carried out and visualization results were obtained. The flow fields in the key aera of the flow channel of the pump were analyzed. Detail data of the flow fields were obtained. The velocity and pressure distri- bution in inlet channel of the pump were got. The research work is important for determining the parameters of the flow channel, opti- mizing the structure of the inner channel.
